homing device for end of game
where do you get the homming device to put on abe so you can shoot a misile at him?

go to the war room and look though the cameras. The answer should come apparent
|

You can get the beacon at Bosco's. Look carefully at the monitor in the war room to figure out where in Bosco's it's positioned.
It's hidden behind the "buy one, get one" sign near the front door. |
