Telltale Games

ok this does not make sense at all.
i wanted to play sam & max(like always

) so i went on my computer ( a windows vista 64 bit) so i start trying to play it when i finish instaling it i press play i click the episode i want (1-3) and i try and play it. after is has telltale games logo and the second logo(forgot what second logo was) i turns to a black screen and goes to desktop. no error messege just goes to black screen then desktop. i was so mad at this i tried running as administrator and run this program for(which is on vista) but still does the black screen and then desktop. does anyone know what happens or how we can fix this?
