Unhappy bought the wrong sam and max season two switch or refund?

Order #| Placed December 20, 2009 Hi, I bought the wrong set of season two sam and max. I wanted the disc version as my computer doesn't have the internet and my parents computer has only dial-up, the computer I made the order from. I noticed that my version didn't come with a disc when I noticed that my screen came to downloadable games. I wrote immediatly after I noticed that my order didn't come with the disc, but it's been two days and I still haven't heard from anyone. I searched the website more and found out that I could order the dvd seperate after the order for the version I bought but it would cost me extra for the cd version. It was about six dollars extra but it is free with the collectors edition. I was wondering if you could switch my order to the collector's edition or if I could be refunded then purchas the collector's edition as long as the sale is still going. Please let me know as soon as you can. I really wanted to play this game for a long time, but it hasn't come out to retail. I heard it was suppose to come out in 2009, and I kept checking best buy to see if they picked it up, but so far I haven't seen it. I'm sorry, but I can't download or play this on my parents computer. Thanks for your time. Take care.
