I started by responding on the "Email request unanswered" thread. However, I thought I'd better start a new thread as it's a seperate issue. My order was placed on the 5th of December and despatched on the 7th. I notice on the automated response email that the team is on holiday:
"Note: Telltale support will be out of the office over the Holidays and will be happy to reply to all your support needs when we get back on January 4, 2010. There will be minimal forums help
http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/ if you need game support, hints or general chat help."
However, as I still haven't received my order yet, please can you provide me with an activation code so I can at least download the game?
