Monkey Island - How do you save?
Maybe I am completely missing something but how do you save your game and quit? As I play, the game will auto save, but is there any way to manually save and exit the game? The only way I can exit is to minimize and right click the icon. But, if the game has not autosaved recently, I lose a bunch of progress. I am really confused.

Pause via esc, save and load, '2' 'Save'
