I'm not up for writing, but I can put it into HTML format once it's written. I've seen one or two CYOA stories on the internet, so I have a good idea of how to handle it.

You preordered the game, not the DVD. True you do get the Collector's Edition DVD if you preordered back then, but you didn't have to give shipping info because the DVD wasn't and isn't out yet. You will be asked for shipping info when you actually pay for them to ship the DVD to you, and you can pay for them to ship the DVD to you when the DVD actually exists in a manner to be shipped, which is not yet.
