Plus, the artwork for CMI would actually translate better to a higher resolution and more colors. I'd love for them to brush this game up to high res and less compressed cut scenes, as long as they kept with the original artwork and voices. They did the same with the Broken Sword releases for Wii and DS, and I absolutely love those!

I would like to see them add the missing cutscene at the end though (that explains the roller coaster part, and elaines escape), aswell as the cut song.

Curse has two missing cutscenes AFAIK: between chapters 5 and 6 there would've been a cutscene where Elaine escapes and fights LeChuck's skeletons while Guybrush somehow ends up on the rollercoaster. The other is Elaine and Guybrush singing "The Plank of Love" over the end credits.

And once again I want to thank Dom for answering this

They actually DID record the lines for the Chapter 5 to 6 cutscene, but apparently they did not get time to finish animating it.

I'd only like to see an updated MI2 if they don't use the horrendous character style they used with MI1, and if they made any effort to make the speech less disjointed. I eventually turned off the speech because I felt like the voice direction/editing was done by a half-deaf retarded lemur. Which is a shame, because they had assembled a good cast (including Patrick Pinney, who I think is a better Stan, and veteran voice actors like Jess Harnell and Cam Clarke)

You leave my little buddy, Lenny the Lemur out of this! He's worked at LucasArts for 6 years now and no one's complained yet (except for the randomly thrown fecal matter.)

Of course they should. That would be awesome!
Just do it in the same way that CMI is done. In the Broken Sword Directors Cut, the new footage stands out like a soar thumb.

For a moment I though this meant a demo for Gilbert's original MI3. Damn...

Monkey Island Madness is a combo pack with updated versions of Monkey Island 1 & 2 with a Demo of 3.

Oh well...

Well its offical now,but looking at the cover i pefer the zombie form of the orignal Lechuck, cover, however i do like the animation of the new lechuck, as i just recently visited the website, just now....but im still not keen on how guybrush looks...i still perfer the orignal version of guybrush in number 2
