Couldn't find if this thread was made before...
How many of you actually know where does Grog XD comes from (in the Grog Machine from the last episode)....and why does Guybrush says that it's the energy drink that kids are driking nowerdays ? If you know, please let the rest a chance to guess. For the rest: dont't google it, try to guess

Grox XD? Shouldn't that be something from Spore?
 I fail at this challenge because I already googled this a few months back. I thought it was awesome.

Lol, I remember reading about it in Geekologie (I think). It was awesome to see it in the game only a month or so later.
Also, how are people supposed to guess where it came from?! It's so obscure  I'll post it here for people who don't want to google it, but I'll put it in the spoilers for the sake of the OP: Some guy on facebook posted a recipe for Grog (from the first game I think) under the heading of "Grog XD" (XD being a laughing smiley if you look at it side-on). Some Argentinian reporters found it and put it in a report on under-aged drinking, saying something like "Somebody on Facebook has posted a dangerous-looking recipe for something called Grog XD". Basically, the joke was that they mistook "XD" for a part of the name rather than a smiley. By reading the above information, you agree to give me some money and drawings of dinosaurs fighting dragons.
