Question 24-hour clock in forums

Is it possible to make the forum show the posting/edit times in 24h-clock format? I looked at the User CP but didn't find it.
Still get this am/pm nonsense wrong sometimes...

Hmm, it looks like that's not something that can be customized on a per-user basis on vBulletin; it can only be changed globally. I guess maybe if people are beating down our door to tweak this, it could be done for everyone , but unfortunately it seems that this is one thing that can't be changed in user preferences.

That was the first thing I went looking for, cursed be ye scurvy AM/PM beasts!

I've looked for a vBulletin mod for said functionallty, but sadly all I can find is this outdated one, http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=97469. :-/
