Default Penal Zone, PS3 trophy - Soothsayer (stuck!)

Hey guys,
I've played through the game 5 times now trying to get this trophy for the PS3, it says that I have to use future vision on Sam in every possible environment. Now I've basically now been through the game using future vision on everything around where I am before and after using anything/talking to anyone/picking up anything/unlocking somewhere and even gone back to other places to do this.
However after doing all this, I still haven't unlocked the trophy.
I've been over here: http://www.ps3trophies.org/forum/sam...er-trophy.html but nobody has responded to any comments I've made some days ago now so I'm seeking help here. You can see in that thread there's a list of places I've tried but I'll paste them here for ease of reading:

Straight and Narrow - done
spaceship - done
diner - done
sewer - done
mysterious alley - cant do it
bosco, street - done
bosco, roof - done
bosco, inside - done
stinkys cell loc - cant do
moleman room - cant do
meesta pizza - done
meesta pizza alley - done
pawn shop - done
toy store - done
penal zone - cant do
mysterious tunnel - done

Is there anywhere I'm missing? Or have I missed a future vision at a specific point in the game at one of the places where I haven't been able to find a future vision?
If anyone could help I would very much appreciate it, the % complete is sitting at 95% and it's rather annoying!

Only thing I can think of is on the spaceship at the second showdown with Skunkape, Bosco's after escaping the penal zone or on Straight & Narrow while being chased by Skunkape.

Tried all of those; I thought that maybe the zones were 'phased' and counted as different zones as you completed puzzles so I went through the game basically using the future vision every single time I went anywhere, even if I'd literally been there 5 seconds ago.
Thanks for the ideas though

In some areas, you need to use future vision on Sam multiple times, even without puzzles completed. Also, when you complete puzzles, the future vision sometimes changes. You could try that.

It seems to me that I am going slightly evil.

Two places I can already see you missed are the Spaceship on the floor with the brain (counts separately than the bottom floor) and the floor of Momma Boscos, it counts separately than the upper floor). So you need to do it twice INSIDE Momma Boscos and twice INSIDE the spaceship. That should get it for you.

I did do that each time, sorry I didn't write that in the list.

I did try using the future vision on everything every single time I moved around, I would have thought that would trigger any multiple future visions. I did see a couple I hadn't seen the other 4 times I played through, but it didn't unlock the trophy.

Keep in mind, not all the future visions of sam are triggered by looking directly at him... some ITEMS also show future visions of sam... such as their office, the closed sign on boscos shop, Skunk-a'pe's spaceship, the moleman chamber door, the tunnel in the sewer, puddin' head lincoln, etc.

You also did not list the cavern of the box where the finale of the episode takes place, did you view a future sam in there?

I did list the cavern of the box, it's called the mysterious tunnel if you go via the sewer; sorry it's probably not called that in the game but since it said "go to mysterious tunnel" thats how I wrote it down in my list.

I did try using the future vision on every single item/person/thing/anything in the room each time I entered anywhere or the camera changed in the 5th playthrough as I said in the first post. All the ones you've listed there I've used future vision on multiple times at various points in the game.

Here you go, a complete list of psychic powers; and places to use Future Vision. (Some parts may be incomplete, but tell me and I'll correct it.)
