It's not really hidden. Its a current bonus for PS3 players, soon-to-be bonus for PC users. If you have the PC version, I'd suggest waiting it out. Don't want to ruin the surprise!

when you finish the game you get these things called Nutri Specs after the end of the game, and you get a trophy from using these to find out what everyone is made out of, or so ive heard

Yes, on the left of Future Vision. Think of it's use as a red vision glasses which lets you see words you can't see without it. Only this version makes it so that you can see real hidden stuff.
