Let me attempt to translate: When Sal stood up, in the background there is a picture of a sharp tooth sam skull.
Every thing else is pretty clear. I'll have to check that Edit: Yep, I see it. Looks more like it just has one eye though... A Cyclops Sam perhaps?

I think that Skull is part of the "Sam Clones", I have money bet on the fact that Sam's kind are alien dogs that lost one of their children one day, and now they're beaming down to get him back.
