Default Missing Item from Order

I have tried (unsuccessfully) to contact support three times, and didn't receive the automated reply back (yes, I checked my spam folder), so I'm guessing for some reason my email no longer goes through to TellTale Games.

I received my Monkey Island DVD a week ago on Saturday, but there should have also been a green baseball cap with a picture of Max on it. The package I received was not big enough to contain said cap, although the packing slip inside clearly stated that it was included in the order. I understand that TTG is completely swamped by order snafus at the moment and it appears that only Bonnie is able to handle them. (I certainly hope that the rest of TTG and the community appreciates her hard work)

However, I would love to have my baseball cap. I would appreciate a reply back on this matter since it's hard for me to believe that one would not be double-checking the packing slips.

Or it might be that for some reason you did not get emails by telltale.
Did you get a shipping confirmation when the first package shipped?

Yes I did, for both orders that were (coincedentially) sent the same day.

Bonnie emailed me yesterday to inform me that my hat is on the way, with apologies. Still not sure why my subsequent emails got swallowed up... but I'm satisfied. :
