Hi,

I have purchased the entire season 1 when episode 1 is launched. Recently I have received an email informing me that the Season One Bonus Disc is available to order. I filled up my order number (that magically brought down the amount to zero as informed) and paid the International shipping fee. Now, I have received an email saying that ...

"Thank you for ordering on Telltale Games. Unfortunately, the product(s) you've ordered is currently out of stock and could not be shipped. The product(s) has been placed on back-order and will be shipped as soon as possible when the stock becomes available."

I just wish to clarify what sort of backordered product I have ordered as from the email I have received 12 hours ago, the Season One Bundle is now available.

Yes, the DVD is available for order, but as it's stated here on its product page, the DVD isn't in-stock.

Thanks, Lemming! It's true, the disc is still being manufactured - the system considers that a backorder, although in this case it was never in stock to begin with.

I'm trying to get that email reworded in a less scary way.

Yes, the wordings sound a bit scary. A rewording would be very nice as end customers may need more reassurance

To be frank, after I got the email saying the Season 1 Bundle is out, I was so excited and click through the order pages at record speed without really reading the texts.

My bad really.

I knew I was hypnotized in some way! How else to explain why I parted my $9 shipping fee without a thought!

That must be Brady Culture ... I swear.
