Personally I always took the Devil's Playhouse to simply be the universe.
Skunkape, Paiperwaite and Sammun-Mak all show how the toys of power can corrupt.
Episode 1 visison of flaming Max etc suggest Max being corrupted.
The Devils Toybox contains the toys and anyone who has all the toys can do well anything, case and point being most of episode 3 lol

So in brief:
The Toys corrupt thus making you a Devil.
You play with toys hence where you use them is a Playhouse
You can sue them on the entire universe so that is the Devil's Playhouse.

Why do people do this? Instead of asking questions they turn this into a speculation thread, so when somebody has a genuine question to ask it's never answered because it's been buried in all these other posts

Well I think (girl) Stinky is actually dating Satan, which will be the villan on the last episode making a comeback from the cliffhanger of season 2 and following the tradition on S&M games of tying up the episodes together in the end, not to mention the seasons name The DEVILS toybox.

Just to let you know, with this season TTG tries to not make it so connected to the previous seasons, as I once heard in an interview. I don't expect Satan to come back at the season finale AGAIN, however.
