Default I bought the full season

I bought the full season of Wallace and gromit's grand adventures back mid last year, but your website says I have to buy the season and still pay for shipping to recurve the DVD, which is rediculous! Why is this happening?

I don't see it now (perhaps because I already ordered and received the DVD), but I had purchased all episodes as well and I found an option to get the DVD by paying only shipping. All I had to do was enter my order # from the season purchase.

Have you looked around at all different W&G product pages? There are a couple different ways you can get to the purchase page. There may even be more than this....

This seems like a pretty common problem - it happened to me as well.

I don't think there's anything we can do about it ourselves, so I'd say contacting support and waiting is your best bet.

Did you buy the individual episodes or the whole season?

Nope, I bought it and Monkey Island as full seasons at the same time, and the Monkey Island DVD has none of these problems.

I still think it's silly that both the full season and the season upgrade are the same price.
