Pardon for the repost, but since the monthly offer will be out in one day, I'd really like an answer to these questions. So I thought of opening a thread for them, since maybe the TT staff just didn't notice them before.

So, the deluxe ed. is out of stock, with the TT staff not knowing if they'll ever have more of it. Even the collector ed. isn't available anymore.
Thereafter, some questions come to mind: I ask to the TT staff why, oh why, didn't you say that there were few remaining? Of course, it is obvious that the stock will empty sooner or later, but if I receive an e-mail of half a month ago where it talks exactly about that and it doesn't even mention the fact items are running low, it is logical to think that there's still a long way for them to be sold-out. Sure, there's an offer for shipping right now, but you want to say that at least half of the stock was emptied between the 12th of July and now? How many there were in stock then?
Moreso, why didn't you say that they were limited? Because that's what they are (were), if yourselves are not even sure that you can make more of it, then it's by definition a limited product.

Another question: will the offer there is now ever be repeated? Not a similar one, I mean the exact same offer there is now. And if so, will it be at least repeated in no more than a year from now? Otherwise, I might as well buy the merchandise there is now.

Last: does the deluxe ed. comes with the chest box also? Because I have read of some who ordered the deluxe but didn't get the box, only the spare items.

I'd really like to buy all your MI merchandise, and I'd like doing it from you for support, but what I'd like the most is to spare all the possible money, so it would be appreciated if you answered as soon as possible.

EDIT: I'll clarify the post, since I assumed it would have been obvious to what I was referring to, but maybe I was wrong. The offer I'm talking about is the one that grants you free shipping for orders above 50 $. Since it ends tomorrow, I may plan, depending on the answer, of buying all the merchandise available now. That's why I needed to have some answers as soon as possible, especially on question #2.

Is it just the delux offer which stops tomorrow or offers on the standard (that you pay for shipping only) also off?

Sorry about this post which will not really answer any of your questions, but I created a poll in the Tales of Monkey Island General Discussion forum to "help" Telltale gauge the interest people have in seeing the Deluxe Edition back in stock.
Farlander (rightfully) suggested that that might not be the best location for the poll as most people are complaining in the Support Forums, so I'm here to post a link to the poll.
Here it is.
To answer one of your questions, though, the Deluxe Edition is the only one that comes with the treasure chest (the standard edition and the standard edition with the Steve Purcell slipcover do not). If some forumers really did not get the Treasure Chest with the Deluxe Edition, they should probably contact Telltale Support.

No problem, it does concern this issue in a way afterall.
I'd say that the poll would have been better here though, since this section is about the shop in general, so any type of merchandise-related thread should be posted here. Also, as far as I saw, all the people disappointed with TT way of handling this issue come here, so it would have had better visibility too. Maybe you can ask a moderator to move it here.

Now that you clarified your first post:
You ask if the exact same offer will ever be repeated. If you mean the free shipping for orders over $50, I can't say for sure (as I'm in no way working for, affiliated with, or spying on Telltale) but there is a good chance it will be repeated as it's already the third time Telltale has had that offer (currently, last March) or better (free shipping over $25 in December 2009) in the last year.

Why, thank you very much. I even remember now one of those offer, I just forgot it. This helps a lot.
Maybe I can wait until a possible re-stock of the deluxe edition then, unless...
Other question to the TT staff: is there any other item that is nearly out of stock and of which you're unsure if it will ever be re-selled (I'm especially worried about Purcell's signed poster)?
