I know these sort of questions get asked alot and it says Fall 2010, but are you allowed to say what month? Thanks for any answers.

More like they probably dont even know what month believe me telltale will tell us the moment they know anything.

Probably not.
They've gotta record buttloads of dialog (more than a sam and max episode), put it in the game, bug test it, let the ESRB test it, and then release it to the public.
