Sam and Max 205: Missing elf in toy factory

I'm playing Sam and Max, Episode 205. In hell, working on decreasing the efficiency. I've finished releasing Grandpa Stinky and Bosco. All i have left is to release Santa. I went to his workshop, then went to the toy factory. When i entered I could hear the elf speak, but I cannot see him. I cannot finish this section of the game because I cannot see the elf to interact. I think this is a glitch. Any ideas???

Can you still click on him? If not I would uninstall the game and keep your save files, then redownload the game.

Hmm. Can't click on him. I'll try reinstalling. Where are the game saves located?

The Sam and Max game saves are located in the Episode 201 - Ice Station Santa folder In the Telltale Games folder in Documents. They will be labled as "prefs.prop".

I couldn't find the save file (maybe because I'm playing with Gametap), but i reinstalled anyway. After playing back through to where i was, the elf now appears.
