First of all, you might have read in other threads that the so-called USPS "tracking number" is actually a delivery confirmation number (that doesn't even work in most cases). It's true.
Secondly, I would suggest that you e-mail Telltale directly at
support@telltalegames.com if you haven't done so yet.
There are so many "problem" threads in the forums at this time that it might be hard for them to check them all and figure out which problems have been solved and which ones have not (for example, your thread will have 4 posts after mine, so it might be fair for them to assume that one of the posts solved your problem and not click on the thread. It might be even more fair to assume that it's not the case, but with so many threads to check, it could take forever before this one gets noticed), so opening a ticket is definitely the way to go IMHO (and if you haven't heard back from them in a few days, post your ticket number in
this thread).
