Except for the Metal Sonic part, which actually is pretty cool

I agree. Metal Sonic is uber pownsome. Unfortunately I don't really like the first episode.

I haven't beaten Sonic 4 yet (I'm stuck on that dreaded place with the torches) so maybe I'm missing something here, but I'm laughing pretty hard at this thread.

Fake. 6 months is not enough time to make the whole game, including the new engine needed. Sega said before that they would listen to complaints and fix them in the next episode. The biggest one was the physics.
