Unhappy Bought Tales of Monkey Island, no free game?

I bought Tales of Monkey Island and got a free game ticket when i preorder it when it first came to light. I have not use my free game coupon and its now gone :S I cant find it anyway. Further more i have alot of preorder good stuff that should have been ship to me, like the dvd and what not. Haven't got one thing!
I feel a bit screwed over by telltale not getting my preorder stuff and now i cant even get my free game, was looking forward to play some back to the future, but i dont know anymore.

The free game coupon expired on December 31, 2009.
As for the items you did not get, Telltale will probably need more information in order to help you.
Pre-ordering the game gave you the right to a free DVD (plus shipping), but the DVD needed to be ordered separately (and much later) when it became available for pre-order (the downloadable version of TOMI was available for pre-order in June 2009 and the DVD pre-order started in March 2010).

Thanks, I look in the forms and indeed saw i was to late with the free game
On the DVD however I was going to get it, but I had to pay the shipping, which was 30$ and I didn't have the money for it back then. Plus I thought it would be free shipment as you stated when one preordered TOMI before june 2009.
Should I mail support or will the forums do?

Thanks again, Emil

I don't think Telltale ever said shipping would be free. Where did you read that?

Bamse is right.
While Telltale does offer free shipping once in a while (usually with a $50 minimum purchase, as is the case right now), free shipping of the DVD was NOT part of the TOMI pre-order offer.
The DVD, however, was always free (plus shipping ) whether you pre-ordered or plain ordered the downloadable season.
Since last year, the international rates have gotten more reasonable and having the standard DVD shipped to Sweden at this time would cost you only $10.39 for international first class mail.

Ah, okay thanks, problem is I don't have the option for my dvd order anymore, so I can't even ship it to sweden :/ Guess I have to find some other way.

Thanks everybody for all your help
( going to be more careful with BTTF and JP :P )

You should still have the option to get the DVD for free.
Just send your TOMI order number with your request for your collector disc to support@telltalegames.com and Amy will put the free DVD in your cart.
