Default BTTF e01: Where is my Game ???

I`ve bought the whole Season on Oct 25,
want to Play it! NOW!!!
Wait for Support since hours!

In my "Your Games" Section:

-> No BTTF-Game
-> No BTTF-Download Link
-> No BTTF-Serial

(Can Download and install the game,
but not login on the launch screen)

Servers have been playing up all day. Try disconnecting your internet before playing and using "serial unlock"

How can i serial unlock, when i have no game informations
and no serials in my "your games" section?

I have the same problem, e-mailed support@ this morning at 9:30AM Eastern, but haven't received even a confirmation or ticket number. I haven't wanted to be obnoxious and double-up on messages, but do I need to e-mail again?

I have a similar problem.
Bought yesterday wallace and gromit but there is no download link to doewnload the season.
What went wrong?

Same issue. Emailed support yesterday and still nothing. I'm guessing that since it's Xmas eve, my chances of playing this game anytime in the next few days are slim?

The support code is issue-40774 by the way.

Default PlayStation 3

I was under the impression that the Back to the Future game was going to be on PlayStation 3.

So, I bought the game.

But when I go to put in my serial number, the only choices I see are for the PC and MAC.

Anybody knows whats going on?

Is the game no longer offered to PlayStation users?

Purchases from Telltale only gives you the PC and MAC version of the game. Ask for a refund and wait for buying the game from PSN Store.

Seems to be a common problem lately. I ordered the whole game and have not even received a confirmation email yet, no download links, no info at all. I will never buy a game from Tell Tail again!
