Yeah that is one I didn't have yet.... BOUGHT IT!! I think the only one left would be the Police Quest one.
There are actually like two novelized books for police quest. The Official Book of apolice Quest and the Police Quest Casebook.

One is pretty straight adaptation of the game suitable as a walkthrough. The other one reinterprets the stories changes order of events and adds scenes not seen in the games, not as useful as a walkthrough.

The former was written by the same author who did the Official Guide to Roger Wilco (not to be confused with the Space Quest Companion).

I used to have one of the REALLY old KQ hintbooks that used the "magic marker" system (actually a yellow highlighter) to reveal the answers.

That's pretty cool to have... I wish I had some of those really old ones myself... especially annoying as years and years ago, in my very early teens, I actually had a few of them... but that was before I really started collecting Sierra games and such... so I didn't really value them much at all, and as such - they're lost
Really have no idea where they are now, probably gone when moving to a new place or something like that.

The pen was actually a decoder marker not a highlighted it contained a chemical solution that could reveal invisible ink.
