I found the game to be mildly amusing, but like others have said, the puzzles were not very difficult at all.
One major problem I encountered is that the game is designed to be played in a linear fashion. If you don't go in the right order then things get weird. For example, I started out with the park, and while investigating things Hector suddenly says that the crazy old man in the clock tower could use the statue's staff to fix the clock. So not only did that just give me the answer to a puzzle I haven't even encountered yet, it also spoiled part of the plot. Another example is with the guy outside the clock tower; in his dialog options you can choose the secret code without even knowing it, and he'll sell you a purse. After I did that I went inside the tower and then found the clue showing me how to do the thing I already did. I encountered that sort of thing maybe a dozen times, and it really detracted from the whole experience.
The sound was also really iffy, with uneven volume levels, tinny sounding dialogue, and other issues.
