Hey guys, was in the process of ordering the Monkey Island season download (love that Spring Sale!) and the 3 season bundle on Sam and Max (also a download) when I got to the final order screen. Both items were properly discounted, but the site also wanted to add on $5 in shipping costs. I'm a little confused by this, as both items are downloads. Where is this phantom shipping charge coming from? Is this related to the DVDs? I stopped the order because of the charge, but if I'd love to get this figured out before the spring sale ends. Thanks all!

I created the same order just to see and it indeed looks like the Sam & Max bundle adds a $5.79 charge to the order (the charge disappears if I remove the bundle and leave TOMI alone in the shopping cart).
My advice to you is to just get TOMI at this time as the Sam & Max bundle is not discounted any more than usual (indeed, the $39.95 price for the Sam & Max bundle has been the regular price for a while) and let Telltale know about the unnecessary shipping costs (by opening a support ticket or waiting for them to notice this thread).

I noticed this "phantom shipping" charge as well, and am holding off on purchasing the Sam & Max Complete Collection. Hopefully it is resolved soon.

I filed a ticked and linked them to this thread. That's what I call smart money.

The complete collection also includes the disc now. If you really don't want the disc send me a support ticket and I'll make you a special order.
