I've disabled my junk mail filter specifically because of Telltalle mails that got caught there frequently. It was at least a year ago. Now either my provider is blocking your mails (but I do get the newsletter and episode release notifications, even the automated support response), or there's something wrong with my E-mail address when you're replying to my ticket. This is why I posted in the forum, where I got no response either, and you've got to admit from my p.o.v. it's kind of disappointing to say the least.
Anyway, I got the refund, thanks - if the package is still underway somewhere (is it, btw.? I never got any of your replies, so I don't know), and it eventually reaches me, I'll get back to you.
edit: ooops. I just realized that the refund included the bttf game as well. ordered again to set it right. now we're even.
