Does anyone here know where and how to collect all of the demerits??

This is my last trophy for 100%

Aside from the three main ones, you get a demerit if you move the statue before the Lorraine and alcohol plot point and if you click on the guard shack (demerit for loitering). I'm not entirely sure if there are any more but I think it's just those five.

Naw, its definitely more than that. You also get one for talking into the Squawk Box a few times, which makes six, and I still havent gotten the trophy, meaning there has to be at least one more.
You can also rack up infinite demerits by moving the statue, but Im not sure if that helps or not.

EDIT: The final demerit has been accounted for. You get it before even entering Hill Valley. Use the Tire Iron on the front gate right at the beginning of the game. Thats the last one needed for the trophy.

Ok. You have to have the statue, PDA, sqwak box, contraband, dog, loitering, vandalism, and using the tire iron on the gate at the beginning. That should be 8 demerits.

I forgot about the squawk box but I had no idea about the tire iron. You learn something new every day.

Yea. Luckily I was at PS3trophies.org like normal when one comes out. There were several of us stuck on this. Luckily someone discovered the gate one an that was the one we all were missing. lol

That site is a great one to hang out at when a game like this first comes out because there are guys there that are all over these in the first day. With these games while most are easy there is always one that stumps me. So I head there and bam it's all figured out in a couple hours by the smart ones.

What is the vandalism part for getting the one bad apple trophy. I did all the other demerits you all said.

That's grabbing the spray paint and painting on the wall next to where Jennifer is.

finally got the one bad apple trophy i had to bug the guy in the swauk box at marty's house to recieve it, along with all the other things you have to do.

You actually don't get a demerit for that, since noone sees you do it. That is for its own seperate trophy.

You don't get a demerit for that either. You just get yelled at.
There are 7 demerits required for this trophy.

1) PDA (story related)
2) Having a Dog (Story related)
3) Contraband (story related)
4) Vandalizing the gate with the tire iron at the beginning
5) Moving the statue
6) Loiter by examining the guard shack
7) Abusing the squawk box.

That is all that is needed for this trophy.

Those seven are correct and i have done them all and the trophy popped.

does this all have to be on the same save file? I started a new game and did the tire iron thing but I didn't get a trophy but I did the rest of them the first time I played.

They must be all gotten on the same file.

yep that's what I did and I got the trophy after I got the last story one. I was getting nervous b/c it took like 10 seconds lol.
