Default Not interested in physical copy

I don't want any physical copy of my games. Digital is enough since I'd like to save the shipping costs. Is there any way I can buy your games without having to pay for shipment?

As far as I know, all of the games that Telltale sells in their online store are available in "digital only" form except for the Sam & Max Collection for which you need to e-mail customer service at support@telltalegames.com if you don't want the DVD's.
For each game, the store gives you a choice between digital and DVD version.
Finally, if at a future date you decided you want the DVD after all, it would be free (plus shipping costs), so long as you purchased the digital version from the Telltale store.

Paying shipping and getting a disc has always been optional... so you will not be automatically billed.

Yeah, my problem was with Sam & Max Collection, for which I found no way to refuse the physical copy. I'll write to them.

Thanks.

Waited 5 days and got this response asking if I could order just the digital versions:

Hi,

Due to our current sale we cannot amend any bundle. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks,

Amy
I guess they aren't as willing to help with the prices as low as they are currently.

Normally we used a coupon to remove the discs from the bundle. Because of the sale all other coupons have been deactivated. I would literally have to turn off the sale to do this.

Sorry One of the reason we are doing this is because we will be overhauling our site and store.

Ok fair enough. Just seems so cruel to ask 12,50 dollar for the 3 seasons of Sam & Max and add 13,65 dollar shipping for something I don't want to have shipped.

I'll keep doubting till the end of sale and hope there will be a technical solution for the problem before the end of sale.

The games are of course worth the money even incuding the shipping costs. It just doesn't feel right.

Could we get a definite confirmation that there's no chance whatsoever the situation can be amended before the end of the sale?

I really don't need the physical DVDs. And the fact they have to be purchased no matter what, makes the Collection offer unattractive to me.

You could just order the three seasons (digital only) separately... sure, it's more expensive that way, but still an awful lot cheaper than it would be normally.

Just did them all in a basket as you suggested. Result $23.74.

hmmmmm. Still doubting. $12.50 is about half off the solution you gave.

Maybe I can have the physical copy send to Telltall games headquarter and save the shipping cost to Europe.
