I don't drink. I've been offered alcohol a lot of times but I always turn it down. I didn't even drink the wine at the weddings I've been a part of. I just don't want to be a drinker. I understand and agree that drinking isn't all that bad as long as you don't over do it and do something stupid like drunk driving but I just don't want to try it.

But the biggest test is yet to come. My 21st birday is next month and my brothers want to take me to all the bars in the city to get drunk and then bring me to a strip club. But I seriously don't want to start drinking. I haven't yet and I feel very good about that.

.... I'll go to the strip club though. lol

Well when I was a teacher we'd put back 20 on Friday and the same on Saturday.

I also want to say that drinking in public settings have provided me the BEST business contacts I've ever had.

Anyone who tells you they don't like alcohol has obviously never properly imbibed.

I only drink two drinks... Scotch and Rum.

Tequila is a...lady of the evening...if you know what I mean. Anyone can do Tequila, but it makes you feel dirty and slightly ashamed the next day...

Ah, lady vodka...when she is a lady she is quite a fine specimen...but unfortunately in the general public vodka plays the role of the slut; no one wants to be with her one on one, but she is great fun at parties.

I could use a drink...or several...Incidentally, what's everyone's poison of choice?

Mine is whiskey...Jack Daniels for now. Jack Daniels Single Barrel is quite nice...very mellow for a 94 proofer.
