Default resize system restore space?

I just did a cmd prompt because my system c: gb's were disappearing every day now I get them all back and today it went up 2 extra gbs now, is this normal?

cmd prompt isn't a disk cleanup. Disk cleanup just erases a bunch of trivial stuff you don't use often.

oh no no, I did a disk cleanup after the cmd prompt and noticed that the gbs went up two more? is it normal..that the number changes?

Yes, because Disk Cleanup deletes stuff on your hard drive.

vssadmin resize shadowstorage /for=c: /on=c: /maxsize=5GB and my max space is 5gb...is this ok?

Am I missing something here? Having 871 GB is still a lot of free space. I'm not sure what you're worried about.

oh im sorry, I had a problem that my Gbs were disappearing everyday for no reason..I don't know if it was from me adding to manual restore points or what so I did a cmd to put the max size Shadow page, my full capacity HD is 916GB

The difference between restore points is minimal, so I wouldn't worry about it too much from that end. It is a bit curious but you may want to track down differences in folder size on a day to day period. Usually space is getting eaten up your Program Files or your Documents, and you can track down the specific space usage from there.
