Problem on the ps store can't download episode 3 4 5

Hello guys

I got a problem with the game; that i will try to explain to you; and hope i'll get some answers...
So; in June, i bought the 5 game serie back to the future for ps3 on the PS store; then i had to install the first demo episode to be able to unlock the content with the activation key that i bought, and i had no problem after that getting episode 2 on the store.
Today, i log again on the store after long time without loging online, and i see that episode 3 4 and 5 are able to be downloaded; so i was happy...
But, when i try to get them, i get the message "you can't access the content at the moment".
So; i went to my last transaction on the ps store menu, and of course, i found the day i paid 19,99 euros for the full game serie...But when i watch more precisely, i can see on it "trial version".
And, after doing a search on the ps store; i found the 5 game serie was up for download without the "trial" mention on it...And i try to click on it; and it said that i have to buy it again?? What the hell? lol
I try to post a comment on it and it said "only peoples who bought the content can post a comment"...But i already paid 19,99 euros for this content, and now i have to buy it again?
So, i'd like to know if some of you got already the same problem; and of course, if you have an idea to solve my problem.
I won't pay again for a game i already bought; and i want full episode 3, 4 and 5 ; since i already paid for it!

I'm hearing from multiple users in the UK who are having this problem. It looks like people are reporting it with other games too. Because we can't see into PS's billing system at all you will need to contact them.
