I can't get Hector to put on the wig and red purse. All he does is insult me. I've completed the clocktower and the Exotico.

I think you have to use the wig and purse together in the inventory first.

The items have been combined, and when i click on the combined purse and wig hector refuses to put them on. I've tried it in thebathroom.. outside everywhere... What the hell am I doing wrong?

Hmm... Unfortunately, the game utilizes a single auto-save file, so I can't just go back and see exactly what to do. You're double-clicking on the purse-wig combo in the inventory, yes? While Hector is in the park near the building with the public toilets? What exactly does Hector say when you do that?
