Should of been on the receipt when you picked it up, assuming you preordred.

Yeah Game stop prints a code in the middle of your receipt, if not the cashier f'ed up and your screwed lol, they usually won't do anything after a certain amount of days, so GO IN NOW AND TELL THEM , they may be able to reprint you a code!
