Its available now through the telltale store after purchase you can download it and play today.

They've said on the EU PS3 Blog that it will be released on the 23rd November but that the date could change.
Really disappointed about it considering Telltale said they wanted it released at the same time as the US. |

Just be happy your getting it, it's not out on the xbox till next year, so iv had o get it on the iPad 2 for now....
