That's taken directly from the order page. I don't think there's a more detailed list than that.

for the special features, you get a reversible cover for the game case, behind the scenes on characters and game, concept art on locations, inventions, and characters including the ones removed from final game! thats all i can think of for now let me know if i'm missing anything.

Reversible cover is strictly DELUXE, and the OP was asking about Collector's Edition. Not only that, this is the wrong forum. Mods, could you please fix that?

Aren't the discs the same? The Deluxe box just comes with a fancy box and some printed materials (Quite the cop-out, to be honest).

The discs themselves are the same, but the slipcover for the disc case is not reversible for the Collector's edition.
