Gift Code - How? Where? What?
Hello, i just received a very nice e-Mail regarding my participation in your survey for which i now should get the free 2x01 Episode of sam + max. Unfortunately i cannot find any gift code included in my e-mail?! The e-mail only says "thank you....here's your gift code" and then "to redeem your code..." how can i redeem something that is not written in the e-mail? Where can i find that code? Please help!
