Default [WD] Can't log in (Telltale Build)

Hi,

Whenever I tried to launch the Telltale build of the game, it asks me to log in as a Telltale user. I entered my username and password, but then the game tells me that "I don't have a licence for the game" and then it offers me the choice to go to Telltale website to buy one. How can I solve this ?

Same here, just out of curiousity nano, do you have the game installed on an another PC?

I already contacted support and I'm waiting for an answer. Must be a little glitch somewhere. I would not believe that TellTale would restric the use on only one PC.

Sorry, but I don't have the game installed on another PC. But it didn't overwrite my Steam installation of the game thought. (In the end, I can still enjoy the game on Steam without reinstalling)

Everything looks fine with your order here. You're logging into the game's launcher with the same information you use to log into our site, correct?
