See Stunts here in america one of the most common occurences when it comes to publicized crime shows like COP's involves African American individuals. So the joke about an African American Individual being in the Back of a Cop Car is basically making fun of the Sterotype of African Americans being Criminals which is an image that is familiar because the media constantly shows us such images. Now do you get the joke?
