I have never seen that cop. I have played through the game many times, yet I never realized him. Maybe because the majority of the time I left during the day and not at night.

Actually Black is the absence of color and White is a mixture of all colors(look it up) so colored actually refers to white people.

It's at the end, when it shows the choices, the "Mercy" one, and it says "Gave Irene the gun."
