Dear all users. Welcome. Just wanted to let everyone know that it's Telltale, not TellTale. I remember somebody up high saying that it's their pet peeve.

Hello everyone, my name is Damon. Although I used to frequent message boards quite often, my priorities have changed a lot in recent years; so I probably won't have the time to get involved in heavy discussions all too often, but I figured I'd at least introduce myself.

Anyway, I'm a huge gamer but am relatively new to Telltale Games. I discovered this company after finding out about Back to the Future: The Game. With BttF being my favorite movie trilogy of all time and knowing Christopher Lloyd was involved (and Bob Gale supporting it), there was no way I wasn't going to purchase this game. I loved the story and, like many others, am hoping for a second season. I also purchased Jurassic Park: The Game as the plot sounded intriguing. While I didn't like it as much, I wouldn't say it was the worst game I ever played either.

I have just finished downloading The Walking Dead and am contemplating purchasing the Sam & Max games, although I really don't know anything about the latter series. Needless to say, I think Telltale really has an eye for what the fans want. In this age of super-complex games that require multiple buttons with even more inventory screens and options, etc., it's refreshing to see a game company producing character-driven stories that even the most casual gamer can pick up with ease and minimal fuss!

Welcome Damon! I agree with you about Telltale. I was the same exact way! I found out about Telltale with BttF game, and thought it was very well done, then was so excited when I heard they were doing a Walking Dead game with direction from Robert Kirkman himself! By the way, I played the first episode and was very pleased with the experience. I love how Telltale makes uncomplicated, story and character driven games in an age of overly complex and sophisticated entertainment media.

Everyone should play Sam & Max. The first two games are probably going to seem hard after BttF though.

It's occurred to me that I am getting closer and closer to a 100 posts and I never introduced myself. Well you know what? Forget it. I'm not going to introduce myself. I'm not going to tell you anything about me. And you're just going to have to be okay with that.

Oh, I missed this thread!

Oh well! Hi, everybody! You can call me Zach, and I've been a big fan of Telltale -- as well as Sam & Max -- since about 2008 or 2009, but never really gave the forums a chance. It's a pleasure to be here.

Hey there everybody! I joined up because I really love what Telltale has done with their latest project in The Walking Dead Game, showcasing video-game storytelling like no one else. As an aspiring Game Designer, you guys are just a huge inspiration to me with your focus on story, so I'm happy to be here and discuss the wonderful games you make and the stories you tell. Other than that, I'm a fan of games like Dragon Age: Origins, Mass Effect, and much of BioWare's stuff, so basically, I like story!

hello everyone, my name is Brian, I am a freelance comic book artist from Canada, I was a tattoo artist for the past 8 months, and now I am planning on going into fine arts and video game design or animation...I came across the forums by stumbling across the Sam & Max web comic that was posted awhile back. I hope to meet a lot of cool people here!

Hi guys,
I am Zylinderknopf. You may call me "Zyl". I am a 19 years old German. But I can speak English well (more or less). I can also speak German (fluently). I still go to school, but I am 'bout to finish school in ~ 10 months. Then I will most likely visit an university.

Anyway, I am a big fan of The Walking Dead. I played both episodes and WOW; it was just awesome. Both episodes have a great story. And I cannot wait to play episode 3. I played many games and I own a PS3, but this game is one of the best. That is for sure.

It kinda hit me that I was posting in threads without even introducing myself... Well that's just rude!

My name is Jordy Licht (really??!!) and I'm a 28 year old recruitment consultant from Amsterdam, The Netherlands (or Holland, if you prefer).
When I'm not working I'm watching series and movies, composing and recording music, or I'm gaming... A couple of my favorite series are Lost, The Walking Dead, Dexter, Carnivale, Community and more geeky stuff. I'm not even gonna go into the favorite movies area; I'll be staring at this message for the next 24 hours if I try that.
As for music, I graduated the Conservatory of Amsterdam with a bachelor in popular music with guitar as main instrument. Even though I enjoy playing all kinds of music, rock & metal is in my heart and this will always be my favorite music to listen to and play. Favorite artist of all-time: Devin Townsend. He combines 'poppyness' (awesome word, I know) with heavy metal, creating exacly the kind of music I enjoy.
Gamingwise I'm into games with a great storyline. A couple of my favorites are the Silent Hill games, the Half-Life series, the Fallout series, Portal (2), Psychonauts. Oldschool Lucasarts adventures are among my favorite games too, which brought me to Telltale in the first place. First ever game I bought was The Tales of Monkey Island, after finishing those I was completely hooked on Telltale, emptying my bankaccount on their heads...
The Walking Dead game is my favorite Telltale game at this moment, Back To The Future following very closely... I'll always be a Back To The Future / Christopher Lloyd fan.
