'issue-61237

I was told in an email that if I did not receive a reply through email that I should post here, so here it is.

I play this on my Macbook Pro (for those replying, please don't use this as an opportunity to bash Apple customers).

Jurassic Park stopped working. It stopped working at one sporadic moment when it played the game in windowed mode when I always played it in full screen.

When I changed it to full screen the entire screen went black; I can still hear sounds.

When I press Command+F to change to windowed mode, the game just shuts down.

I've scoured the forums with no solution to this.

Please help.

Based on the other information in your email, it sounds like your installation may be corrupted. Have you tried redownloading it and reinstalling it?
