No way to kick the Kid

I have a problem when the kid becomes a zombie in the truck (the kid who was shot in the beginning of episode 2) the scene is your trying to back out of the truck bed ..the others are trying to get him off you..you fall to the ground and your supposed to kick him or something so that the others can abuse the zombie
the problem is when i get to the ground and needs to get the zombie off me..there is no way to do it..there is no dot..no nothing not even sights to click on...what am i missing or is there a flaw

Do you see the left or right arrows? Aim left or right when you're on the ground. If that doesn't work, keep pressing "Q".

personally, knowing what i know, next time i play episode two im really gonna try for a way to not bring any of them back to the motel with me.

speaking of which, is there a way to not have to fuddle around with the guy stuck in the beartrap, like just leave him there, without having to fuss with him, at all? just round up kenny, lee, & mark to just gtfo out of there?

gettin sick of the zombie factor, back at the motel, no matter what happens.

kenny's always hellbent on bringing back the survivors, even though we dont have food for them, which is kinda stupid.

There is a way to not bring the teacher back. Just wait long enough looking at the ground or the tree, and it will be too late. Then Travis gets shot and you have to take him back to the motor inn.
