Default Where can i return this shit?

So dont get me wrong when i say "shit" The Game is Great, but not being able to even get in the game now, and all my saves being deleted, and no one being able to help me. Is not that COOl. I paid 25$ for a game i cannot even play!
The walkingdead101 exe file wont load when i click on the icon to play. Please Help!

for the exe problem, if you change the compatibility to windows 98/ME it might be whats causing your problem

Who have you asked for help and how? You didn't expect a developer to magically appear right behind you whenever you run into trouble did you?

Weili, considering SO MANY people are having the save issue we'd expect at least some official help or even acknowledgment. It was their update that erased hours of a good deal of the player bases's time, so its not surprising people are going to get frustrated.

After updating to chapter 3 I cannot start TWD. I get a message "WalkingDead101.exe has stopped working" every time I try to start it.

removing my saves
uninsatalling/reinstalling TWD, including deleting its Steam folder, twice.

First off. You're posting in the wrong section, you should've gone to support

Second. HAD you gone to support, you would have noticed that a guide to fixing this error was stickied on the top of the page.
