Possible starting teams in ep4?
When I finished episode 3, I brought with me Kenny, Chuck, Clemclem, Ben and the new couple. Is it possible to start out with any other roster depending on your actions in previous episodes?

I thought the Pre order bonus winner gets a gruesome death and then comes back as a walker?
