Why would Lee not mention the walkie-talkie guy?
Why keep it a secret if Christa and Omid are tagging along? Shouldn't they know a pedo is in touch?

If you talk to Christa before checking the station in episode 3, then you already explained to her that it is broken. Unless you tell her immediately, she has good reason to think you lied.
