That's EXACTLY how I felt about it. Duck was Kenny's kid, it was up to him to take care of his family one last time. I simply supported him through his terrible duty.

I found it interesting that in a silent play through Kenny obviously takes on the mantle of doing it himself.
But when the moment arrives and you get the choice to say something to coax him on, if you stay quiet Kenny just can't bring himself to do it so both he and Lee end up walking away. Poor Duck just gets left as a walker.

is this real?? Never stayed silent. i was nice once, did it myself once, and yelled do it the third time thru. Poor duckie

Yes, it's real. You don't see Duck reanimate, you just leave him propped against the tree, dying.

I think it'd be awesome if in doing that, Zombie-Duck comes back and kills Ben in Savannah...
