Default Walking Dead payment issues

'issue-62716'.

Hi I filed a support case a few days ago.

I bought the multipack and firstly episode 2 was unavailable, now that it is it asks me for payment again for the episode. Can you please fix this for me?

If you uninstalled the game at any point after purchasing the Multi Pack, you will need to reacquire it on your device. You won't be charged twice if you're logged in with the same account used to purchase it initially.

Also when you same the same account do you mean Itunes account?

This is not true in my case. I never uninstalled the game after purchase and yet it won't let me "get" episode 2 it will only let me buy it. However I have already purchased the Multi-pack on 7/27/12 when I bought Episode 1. No one has responded to my emails (issue 62918) so I decided to address it with Apple Support under a false charge issue.

i'm having the same problem as eizone and stueymarsh above. i did not uninstall the app off my ipad after i bought the full episode pack on 9/10/2012. when i try to get the latest episode it tells me i have to purchase it again.

If you use multiple iTunes accounts on the same device, or if you have logged out of your iTunes account, you may run into a situation where you need to re-acquire the multi-pack. To do this, you need to log into the account in which you initially purchased the multi-pack and continue the steps to purchase it again. You will be asked to confirm your purchase, and then be notified that you already own the content, and be prompted to download it again. If you are not logged into the account you used to purchase the multi-pack the first time, you will be charged again. Once the multi-pack is re-acquired, you will be able to download episode 2.
