Default Cant download ep 4!! Help

its been about 2 days since ep 4 was out, and i still cannot download it. on the first day that i tried to download it, it says "coming soon" and then i waited a day. after one day of waiting, it finally allowed me to download it, as it says "get" and as soon as i click it, it says " connection problem" -_-... i obviously have NO internet problem. im using a Ethernet cable and i had ZERO problem downloading the previous episodes from the same cord and internet. here is a photo of what many and i see and still see.

PLEASE! let us at least know what is going on! other than just ignoring us!

What helped me was the unoffical fix at http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/...ad.php?t=33233
but BEWARE! It hasn't worked for everyone and be sure to backup all your files as stated in the topic to somewhere safe (so nowhere near the telltale folder) and to delete the temp files.
But this is how I got all the files I needed and got the game working. But it isn't a fix that is working for everyone.

alot of people said that it may allow them to download the episode, but it'll freeze on them along with crashing and destroying your files. i felt like they should do a general fix for this, other then letting their customers risk destroying their entire game.

Same issue, and I dont really want to risk to loose all the game data ( AGAIN.... sigh.... )

PC version btw

same here, i DL'd it from their main website, now im regretting not downloading it from steam -_-..... and TTG isnt doing anything at the moment to try and solve this. they're not even answering questions ...

4/5 episodes had problems in download.

I bet they'll miss a good release also with episode 5.

I emailed support...I am so silly for planning last night and tonight around playing this when I got home from work..Oh well, I guess that's what I get.
I keep getting one of two messages...either I don't have connection or I havent purchased game..but I can actually rewind and play previous episodes..just can't download Ep4.

Yeah I'm not going through a bunch of BS to make a game that I paid for work for god's sake. Telltale needs to fix this now!!

The official patch for the disconnection issue is out now. Restarting the game will download and install it automatically. Afterwards you should be able to download the episodes.
