I really hope TTG makes this walkie talkie guy have some significant and make it dramatic. I hope it isn't just some random pedo. It'll be cool if there is some connection to the comics or past game decisions to this guy.

Quick one shot to the head is the way to do these things, IMO. Sure the Governor got what he deserved courtesy of Michonne, but look at what happens to Rick's group since she didn't finish the job.
